In this recipe we gonna simply use essential oils and absolutes to create our perfume oil. So let's go!
Top notes: They make between 5 to 20% of the total perfume notes. They are very short-lived and dissipate within 5 to 20 minutes after applying on the skin. This recipe's top notes are litsea cubeba essential oils and tangerine essential oil.
Middle notes: Also known as heart motes. They make your perfume oil stand out from the rest. They take a large percent of the perfume blend from 60 to 80%. Middle notes can make or ruin a perfume blend. These notes can last up to an hour. Your middle notes are roman chamomile essential oil and black currant bud absolute.
Base notes: These are usually viscous and thicker absolutes, many sellers online usually dilute them before selling them. Some have a scent so strong you can get a mild headache. Some strong essential oils can be used too. They take up note more than 20%. Your notes here are vanilla absolute and benzoin resin oil.
Selecting Ingredients
Sunflower seed oil: In order to create a good perfume oil base, one should choose a best carrier oil. In this case carrier oil with neutral odor is preferred. A chemically stable oil that can not oxidize easily and go rancid is another desired quality.

Vegetable Glycerin: Glycerin is going to make the perfume scent be stable and last longer when the perfume oil is applied on the skin. Remember that glycerin too has another moisturizing properties because it's a humectant.
Tangerine essential oil: It is a top note in this perfume oil with a sweet, fresh citrusy scent. It's scent is like that of tangerine peels but more stronger aroma. It is good option for fruity-scented perfume oil.

Litsea cubeba essential oil: It is another member of the citrus family. This essential oil has a crispy, citrusy smell to it that goes well together with tangerine essential oil, a perfect top note for your perfume oil.
Roman chamomile essential oil: It is floral scent but I thought it'll be a good idea to include it in the recipe it has gentle and subtle aroma adding this to your perfume oil won't overwhelm the end result. It is the middle note.

Black currant bud absolute: You have to know that an absolute means that the concentrated form of a plant extract, usually stronger that its oils or hydrosol end products after expeller pressing and processing. It has sweet, fruity and slightly earthy scent to it. This is your another middle note.

Fractionated coconut oil: It is has a neutral odor making it a good option to use when blending essential oils. A perfume blend should not be more than 10% in your chosen carrier oil, in this matter, its fractionated coconut oil we are using. Down below I have listed all the steps to be followed to make your perfume oil.

Vanilla absolute: This is an extract concentrate derived from vanilla bean. Vanilla has a sweeet, creamy and slightly woody scent. This is your base note.
