In two previous weeks, I tried to write a very honest review of the products that I used, Vaseline Gluta-hya Serum Burst Lotion and Bio Oil. In this series of product reviews I thought it will be a better idea to include the review of both products in this post.
The power of two is enormous than just one of them. I saw better results while using both of them in my skincare routine. At first I didn't know that the two can work together to bring even more better results for your skin. For instance Vaseline lightens the skin while Bio Oil evens out the skin tone. Both in pair, can work well together to achieve great results in a short period of time.

Other active ingredients in these products are Niacinamide and Glutathione found in Vaseline Gluta-hya Serum Burst Lotion Flawless Glow. While Bio Oil you can find Tocopherol Acetate(Vitamin E). These active ingredients can work together simultaneously without bringing complication to the skin.
Bio Oil contains all ingredients in oily form. It has essential oils like lavender, calendula and rosemary essential oils. These oils have soothing and anti-microbial properties to the skin. Bio Oil has its own secret ingredient which is PurCellin Oil which aids in removing stretch marks.
Vaseline Gluta-hya Serum Burst Lotion Flawless Glow is n emulsion form. It is very light for a lotion. I think the formulation is on point! It contains other skincare ingredients that are good for the skin. Ingredients such as Glycerin, Sodium Hyaluronate, Glycine and Cystine have moisturizing properties. Sunflower seed oil is a good emollient too.

I always first apply Vaseline Gluta-hya Serum Burst Lotion Flawless Glow since it feels light to my skin. One of the things which I noticed is that it dries very quickly. If the weather is very dry then your skin can feel so dry and you will need to re-apply it several times a day. But when layered by Bio Oil, it act as an occlusive layer protecting moisture from Vaseline Gluta-hya Serum Lotion Flawless Glow.
Bio Oil can is good at protecting the skin from water escaping the skin dermal layer. Vaseline Gluta-hya Serum Lotion Flawless Glow has antioxidants that can nourish the skin such as Niacinamide, Glutathione, Sodium Hyaluronate and Retinyl Palmitate.
Things To Be Concerned About Before Buying These Products
These two products are good in my opinion are very nice indeed! Though I find them to be good maybe you won't like some of their ingredients to step into your vanity table just yet! I will list these ingredients down below:
Both products contain perfume: If you have an allergy with fragrances or have skin conditions such as psoriasis or dermatitis then I think it is better to skip these products.
Vaseline Gluta-hya Serum Burst Lotion Flawless Glow has parabens: This product contain two types of parabens, Methylparaben and Propylparaben.
Bio Oil contains even more ingredients that a girl who is vegan and follows 'clean' skincare religiously won't glance at. It contains mineral oil, a common petro-chemical in many beauty products.
Vaseline Gluta-hya Serum Lotion Flawless Glow contains a common silicone, dimethicone. If silicones are a No, No! to you then may I should tell you honestly, right?
My Final Thoughts
After using these products for several months together, (though I have been using Bio Oil since my high school years) all I can say is that on this review post, both products are good, if I could rate this products altogether I would give them 4.0 out of 5.0 just to be on the honest side of things!
